Applicants must meet the following requirements to qualify for the Start-Up Visa Program:

Letter of Support from a Designated Organization:Secure a commitment from one of the following:
Angel Investor Groups: Minimum investment of CAD 75,000.
Venture Capital Funds: Minimum investment of CAD 200,000.
Business Incubators: Acceptance into a business incubation program.
Ownership Requirements:Up to five individuals can apply as owners, provided they hold at least 10% voting rights each and a combined 50% or more.
Language Proficiency:Demonstrate proficiency in English or French by achieving a minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5.
Settlement Funds:Provide evidence of sufficient funds to support yourself and your family during the initial settlement period in Canada.
Medical and Security Clearance:Pass medical and security checks to ensure eligibility.

Establish a business in Canada and access North American and international markets.
Business Support:Benefit from mentorship, funding, and resources from experienced organizations.
